Salit is an excellent teacher and she modified the lesson to fit the various levels of experience of each person in the class.  She began by teaching basic moves which was still an excellent workout, and by the end we had learned a short routine which was a lot of fun!  I would absolutely recommend her class and I will definitely be back!

Love the class sooooo much, even though it was a 50 mins ride for me! It was an amazing experience with Salit. She is very patient. I had some "old habbit" from the Chinese folk dance I learned in the past, she nicely reminded me to adjust my movements, which was very helpful. Everyone should come to her class.
